This Privacy Policy is subject to change. We encourage you to review it frequently for any revisions or amendments. Privacy Policy changes will are effective immediately and you will be accept the changes by continuing to use of the Site(s) or Services. Some of the Personal information listed above may be considered ‘Sensitive Personal Information’ under relevant laws.  This includes login credentials for residents of certain states.  Each type of Sensitive Personal Information may overlap with a category of Personal Information listed above.

The type of Personal Information we collect about you may vary based on how you use the Sites and/or Services and your relationship with us.

Deidentified and Aggregate Information

We may deidentify or aggregate personal information such that we can no longer reasonably associate it with an identifiable person. We may use and disclose deidentified and aggregate data for any business purpose permitted by applicable law. 

Usage Data and Site Activity

We automatically collect information in connection with the actions you take on our Sites. We refer to this type of information as “Usage Data”. Session Recording Software

We may use session recording software on the Site(s). This software enables us to record visitors’ use, interaction, and engagement with the Site(s). This software may capture user input, such as mouse and keyboard inputs and mobile gestures, and user views, such as browser or screen output. We use this software to help us optimize visitor experience. By using the Site(s), you consent to our use of session recording software.

How We Collect Information                                                                   

Voluntary Disclosure

We are not responsible for any actions, content of websites, or privacy policies of such third parties. Training of Large Language Models

Large language models are a type of artificial intelligence that can create human-like text and perform other language-like tasks. These models are often trained on vast amounts of written text. We do not collect, use, or sell Personal Information to train large language models. 

How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain your Personal Information for as long as we have a relationship with you. We also retain your Personal Information for a period of time after our relationship with you has ended where there is an ongoing business need to retain it. This includes retention to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax and/or accounting obligations. We do so in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

Children’s Privacy 

The Site(s) are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.

Additional State Privacy Rights                                                                 

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have additional rights to access and control your Personal Information. Consumer privacy rights for residents of these states include:

Right to Access and Portability

You have the right to request twice per twelve-month period that we provide you (i) the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which your Personal Information was collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for which we collected your Personal Information; and (iv) the categories of Third Parties with whom we sold, shared, or disclosed your Personal Information, including the categories of Personal Information sold, shared, or disclosed to each and the purposes for doing so. We are not permitted to provide access to specific pieces of Personal Information that creates a high risk of potential harm from disclosure to an unauthorized person such as social security numbers and driver’s license numbers.

If you are a Connecticut, Oregon, or Minnesota resident, you have the right to request twice per 12-month period that we provide you with a list of specific Third Parties to whom we disclosed your Personal Information or (b) any Personal Information. If we do not maintain such information in a format specific to you, we will instead provide you with the names of Third Parties to whom we disclosed any consumers’ personal information.

Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information we have collected about you. Please understand that we are not required to honor a deletion request if we need the information to complete a requested or reasonably anticipated transaction, prevent security incidents or fraud, enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations, comply with legal obligations, or perform other functions permitted by law. We will retain a copy of your deletion request for at least two years as required by law.

Right to Correction 

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you. After you request to correct inaccurate Personal Information, we will provide instructions for you to provide us with optional documentation to support your request and we will consider it. We may decline to correct your Personal Information if a legal exemption applies such as if we determine that your request is fraudulent or abusive or if we determine, based on the totality of the circumstances, that your correction is more likely inaccurate than accurate. We may decide to delete your allegedly inaccurate Personal Information instead of correcting it.

Right to Opt-Out of Data Sharing and Sales

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) your Personal Information to Third Parties.

Right to Restrict Data Processing for the Purpose of Profiling

You have the right to request that we stop using your Personal Information for data processing for the purposes of profiling. 

Right to Appeal (Excluding California residents)

You have the right to appeal our decision to deny, in full or in part, one or more of your privacy requests. We will process appeal requests within 45 days of receipt, subject to any applicable exemptions and extensions permitted by law. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for our decision. If you are not satisfied with our explanation for the denial of your appeal, you may have an additional right under certain laws to contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint about the appeal results. In such case, we will provide you with instructions for doing so. The right to appeal does not apply to California residents.

Non-Discrimination Notice

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their privacy rights under law or under this Privacy Policy. 

Authorized Agent

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for another person, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written authorization from the person (along with proof of your identity). You will be provided options on how to provide this documentation after submitting the request. We may contact you or the person on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

Nevada Opt-Out Right

If you are a resident of Nevada you have the right to direct us not to sell your Personal Information to Third Parties.

California “Do Not Track” Disclosure

Do Not Track is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. Currently, our Site(s) and Services do not respond to “do not track” signals.

We may request additional information from you to verify your identity or locate your Personal Information. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 days. We will respond to verified access, correction, and/or deletion requests within 45 days, but we may extend the time for response by an additional 45 days if an extension is reasonably necessary and we inform you of the extension. We will process opt-out requests as soon as possible within 15 business days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.
